Since 2007, Filcom has been a valued outsource partner of the Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (EITC) du. To ensure that we deliver the expected productivity gains in du’s core functions,we have deployed one of the largest Outsource Teams in du's corporate premises. Our outsource team are an elite group of young professionals who are educated in some of the best universities in the Philippines, India, Pakistan and even in the MEA Region.
Holding degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Programming and even Electronics and Communications Engineering with certifications from Microsoft and Cisco, they comprise the entire Field Consumer Service Assurance (Troubleshooting) Team in both Enterprise and Consumer as well as a substantial portion of Network Operations. In 2014 du-EITC gave due recognition to our Outsource Team for its dedication and unfailing support to its Customer Operations - a testament to our Team's excellence and long experience in the field of Customer Service Assurance.
